Ordering and delivery
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Estimated delivery is the next working day in the UAE and 3–4 working days in other GCC countries.
How much is delivery?
Delivery to the UAE and other GCC countries is AED 10. Delivery is free on orders above AED 100. Any destination customs duties or import charges are the customer's responsibility.

Choosing a pacifier
What is the difference between round, symmetrical and anatomical nipples?
Round nipples use the traditional breast-like shape and support a familiar sucking technique.
Symmetrical nipples have a flatter, reversible teardrop shape, so they can sit correctly either way up.
Anatomical nipples follow the shape of the mouth and are designed to sit in one direction.
Use the shape, material and age guidance shown on each product page, while also observing your baby's preference.
Which size should I choose?
Size 1 is generally recommended for 0–6 months and Size 2 for 6–18 months. These age ranges are a guide; babies can have individual preferences. The selected product page shows its exact size and material.
What is the difference between silicone and natural rubber?
Silicone is form-stable and keeps its shape with regular use. Natural rubber is softer and more flexible and can change in size, shape or colour as it ages. Check the material shown for the selected product and replace it at the first sign of wear.
Care and safety
How do I clean a FRIGG pacifier?
- Place the pacifier in a bowl and pour boiling water over it.
- Let it soak for 3–5 minutes, but no longer than 5 minutes.
- Remove it and let it air-dry on a flat surface.
Do not use a sterilizer, microwave or dishwasher. Read the full care instructions.
How often should I replace a pacifier?
FRIGG recommends replacement after 4–8 weeks of use, or immediately if you notice bite marks, cracks, thinning, stickiness, discolouration, deformation or other damage. Inspect the pacifier before every use.
What should I do if my child bites or chews the pacifier?
Pacifiers are designed for sucking, not chewing. Stop using and discard a pacifier at the first sign of damage. If biting has become a habit, begin moving away from pacifier use rather than continuing with a damaged product.
Returns and payment
What is the return policy?
Eligible unused and unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Review the Delivery & Returns policy and request approval through the contact form before shipping a return.
Which payment methods are available?
The FRIGG.ae terms currently list Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The methods available for a specific order are shown securely at checkout.
