Delivery
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
- UAE: estimated next-working-day delivery
- Other GCC countries: estimated delivery in 3–4 working days
Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by public holidays, peak periods, customs clearance, remote locations or circumstances outside the carrier's control. Please check your address and contact details before completing checkout.
Delivery charges
- UAE and GCC delivery: AED 10
- Free delivery on orders above AED 100
Any customs duties, import taxes or destination charges are the customer's responsibility.
Delayed or undeliverable orders
If a UAE order has not arrived within 5 working days, or a GCC order within 10 working days of the shipping confirmation, contact us with the order number and tracking details.
If a parcel is returned because the address was incomplete or incorrect, delivery was refused, delivery attempts failed or the parcel was not collected, the original delivery charge and any additional return or re-delivery costs may be deducted from the refund or charged separately.
Returns
Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us before sending a return so the request can be reviewed and the correct return instructions can be provided.
- The product must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
- The product must be in resalable condition with its original labels, accessories and documents.
- Include clear photos when a product is damaged, defective or incorrect.
- The customer arranges and pays for return shipping unless the delivered product was damaged, defective or incorrect.
Use tracked shipping and keep proof of shipment. Products sent without return approval, products that have been opened or used, or products damaged after delivery may not be accepted.
Refunds and exchanges
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected, or acceptable proof of return has been received. Processing can take up to 14 working days, and the payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
Original delivery charges are not refundable unless the product delivered was damaged, defective or incorrect. Direct exchanges are not currently offered; return the eligible product and place a new order instead.
