Before requesting a return

• Submit the request within 14 days of delivery.
• Keep the product unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
• Include clear photos if the product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
• Do not send a parcel until the correct return instructions have been provided.

3. Include the order number, reason for the request and any relevant photos.
4. Wait for approval and the correct return instructions before shipping.
