These terms apply to purchases made on FRIGG.ae.

Orders and payment

Available products, prices, delivery charges and payment methods are shown during checkout. The payment methods currently supported include Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. An order confirmation is sent to the email address entered at checkout.

Order processing begins promptly. If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. A request cannot be guaranteed after processing has begun.

Delivery

Delivery estimates, charges, destination costs and undeliverable-parcel terms are set out in the Delivery & Returns policy.

Returns, damaged products and refunds

Return eligibility, return instructions, refund timing and the process for reporting a damaged, defective or incorrect product are set out in the Delivery & Returns policy. Contact FRIGG UAE before sending any product back.

Product information and availability

We aim to keep product descriptions, images, prices and availability accurate. Colours can vary slightly between screens and production batches. If an error affects an order, the customer will be contacted using the details supplied at checkout.

Website use

FRIGG branding, product photography, copy and other website content may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorized access.
